Sally did such a lovely job on our wedding flowers for our outdoor garden wedding. Everything was delivered on time and in perfect condition. The bouquets came out like we had discussed and the centerpieces were beautiful. Many guests who took the centerpieces home commented on how long they lasted after the wedding - a good sign of quality. We were very pleased.
My flowers were beautiful however, as lovely as the staff is, it was a bit of a hassle to work through the process. HOWEVER, they had the most amazing sunflowers, and worked hard to work with me through the process. Professional and attentive, they also stayed within my budget. Nice people, really.
Horrible service please stay away from this place. Paid for same day delivery and still hasn't made it to the address. And refusing to give me a refund back.
I ordered a flower arrangement online and on the phone Placed the order and the time i was going to pick the flowers up. When I arrived they said I never ordered anything from them. I did order and I paid for it on MC. No idea what I was talking about, they have no such order. Ruined the entire surprise when I visited my daughter and had no flowers to greet her with. Very unprofessional. Never order flowers from there again. denise
I recently ordered flowers for a wake. Although beautiful, they were not what I expected. Yes, I know I authorize substitutions when what is shown is not available. What was delivered did not represent my selection al all. I DID NOT use a FTD service but went directly through their site. Lesson learned. Will not use again.
If you're looking for very fresh looking flowers, this is not the place for you. staff and service were okay. Just not their flowers. My roses were turning black-ish at the very end of their petals resulting a not-so-fresh-looking bouquet.
DO NOT GO HERE FOR WEDDING FLOWERS!!!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS! I hired them for my wedding flowers and was absolutely and completely disappointed in their service. The flowers were supposed to be delivered to my hotel at 8:30AM and didn't show up until 9:30AM, when I was supposed to be getting in my limo and leaving for the ceremony. No apology.
