I don't receive flowers very often. When I do I am always surprised. I've lived in a few different cities and towns some big, a couple medium sized, some smaller than the town I live in now. Never have I received a Teleflora bouquet that was so skimpy on flowers. My fiancé ordered the Teleflora "Heartstrings Bouquet" online on 1 February, through Hemmerly's website. I am so sorry we let you down. I appreciate you bringing the issue to my attention, so that I can address it. I spoke to my staff that handled the the situation when the flowers where picked up . We were very busy and short staffed, which is no excuse, I was just unaware of this problem until I saw this post. Kim, we apologize that you were unhappy with the flowers. We do want our customers to be happy. We had made the arrangement according to the picture and recipe that was picked out. I tried to reach out to you by phone. I hope that your visit in the shop yesterday was able to resolve some of the issue.
Placed an order, called during hours and was told out for delivery, now its after hours and still have not recieved order! Money was taken out of my account and they couldn't meet the order as specified, no call e-mail and or text that they was an issue - nothing! Will not recommend this place for any order now and/or the future! Buy your flowers in person preferably somewhere else!

Scott, very sorry that you didnt get the delivery in the time frame you wanted. We were open til 7:30 pm and deliveries were being made from 8 am til around 8 pm. Its a much busier day than a normal day. Im sure that the flowers were delivered at some point. I didnt leave til after 9pm, Making sure everything was taken care of. Again very sorry that you expected it by a certain time. Please understand, we made over 200 deliveries and very difficult to promiss a time.
