I called & talked to the Florist and asked her the location… I got there was greeted with a warm smile I apologized to her because I needed a Reef the very next day & without hesitation she showed me different photos and I choose from them. I as Leo told her I’d pick it up once it was ready. I had a great experience with this florist! I described the arrangement over the phone, and Helen (the owner) created exactly what I imagined--sunflowers surrounded by gerbera daisies and other bright fall colors. She was friendly, patient, and asked great questions to make sure she understood my vision. The flowers were beautiful and delivered at the exact time I requested. Wonderful service and stunning work — highly recommend!

The flowers for our 30th anniversary were spectacular. Helen worked with me to stay within our budget and still exceeded our expectations. We had a specific timeline that we needed and she delivered. It was the best vendor experience we had for our event.

Ordered 2 standing sprays for a funeral. Product received was not close to what is shown online. I understand at times flowers may need to be substituted when not available but as pictured, the Lavender Reflection Spray i ordered is no where close to the online picture. I received a call from the Funeral Director the morning of the funeral that 2nd spray, Sweet Solace Spray that i had ordered, had flowers that were dying. Hansen’s consistently has made gorgeous arrangements for my Mother year after year for every occasion. They continue to exceed our expectations and are thoughtful and kind. Mom is happy! Thank you.
