My family has been using Hank's for decades and a majority of the time our orders are done online from Out of State and sent to family right in Saginaw. We choose Hank's because it's local and a staple to everyone in our township. This last time- we ordered several floral arrangements for a funeral and couldn't have been happier with how they turned out. I have always purchased special occasion flower's from Hank's. Mother's Day, birthdays, anniversaries, and funerals. Today Craig met with yesterday and again today for my wedding flowers. He put together samples that were beyond my expectations. I recommend Hank's for all your floral needs! He is simply the best and you will have a wonderful experience.

I ordered online , I ordered online , and it was delivered the same day ...BUT NOT what I paid for. The arrangement was not even close to what was pictured and I paid extra for the deluxe upgrade . The vase was not as shown. Very embarrassing gift UGH totally different & way below quality.
I ordered online. The website said they were open until 5 but the phone message said 1. I asked that the delivery be late in the morning, it was delivered the next day. Its January and the delivery person didn't knock on the door but left the bouquet on the front porch in the cold.
Absolutely horrific customer service and awful experience with this local shop that my family used to use frequently when I grew up. I live out of town but wanted to use a local shop. On 12/27 I placed an order for my family member's milestone birthday via their website, which accepted my order and my money, indicating they could deliver flowers on 12/28.
