My grandmother was in the hospital up in the Knoxville area and I found out late in the evening and needed to get flowers to her the next day. I tried all of the big name online stores - but found that a third of their price was from all of their "fees". I don't mind spending the money, but I want it to be bc the flowers are really nice - not spend it on a small bunch of flowers and a huge chunk of fees. When I ordered my fall arrangement, the person on the phone mentioned including a sunflower. When my arrangement was delivered and I received a photo from the recipient. There was zero fall flowers in the arrangement. The arrangement was sparce and embarrassing to me. I went to leave a review and there was a space to leave input if the review was not going to be positive, so I filled it out, expecting a reply. Not what they used to be! For decades this was my go to flower shop, until recently. This is no longer a true flower shop, but more of a small gift shop with flowers as a side business. The shop has a new owner and the design quality of the arrangement is contingent upon who is working that day. In April I ordered flowers for a birthday gift which I picked up at the shop. I am so disappointed with this Business. Today, My mother received her Mother's day gift. The flowers that she received were wilted and had drooping pedals. Why? May I ask would a company deliver flowers that needed to be disposed of in the trash. Why not redo the arrangement , before delivering to ones Home? This is not excellent customer service. I live out of state and I trusted this company by ordering through Teleflora. I paid 65.73 and only going to be refunded on 1/2 plus 50% discount towards my next order. I will... read more
