I always order my mom's flowers from Grand Florist. It's a great neighborhood business that's been our family's go-to florist forever. My mom always raves about how fresh and beautiful the flowers are and how long they last. The first photo was when the flowers were first delivered (still wrapped) and the second pic was 4 days later, still looking beautiful! Very disappointed with this experience. The delivery was late, and there was no mention on the website that it could take longer. The flowers delivered looked nothing like the picture shown online not even close. This felt misleading and frustrating as it was for a special occasion.
Immediate communication and wonderful arrangements. They have really fair prices and honestly the best I have seen for the amount of flowers you'd be getting. They will contact you to clarify and confirm if they have any questions about the forms you submitted. 10/10 service. I ordered one of their sympathy arrangements so I was not in the best place to feel comfortable taking pictures once they arrived in the funeral home... but they were beautiful. Grand Florist has been the florist my family has used for every occasion. Now that I live in another state, I still send flowers to my Mom from Grand Florist. I trust that they will make a stunning arrangement and I’m never disappointed. I exclusively use Grand Florist whenever I send my Mom flowers.
