Very disappointed with this experience. The delivery was late, and there was no mention on the website that it could take longer. The flowers delivered looked nothing like the picture shown online not even close. This felt misleading and frustrating as it was for a special occasion.
Immediate communication and wonderful arrangements. They have really fair prices and honestly the best I have seen for the amount of flowers you'd be getting. They will contact you to clarify and confirm if they have any questions about the forms you submitted. 10/10 service. I ordered one of their sympathy arrangements so I was not in the best place to feel comfortable taking pictures once they arrived in the funeral home... but they were beautiful. This was a quick interaction but it was worth it and amazing service!!! I wanted to get flowers for a friend whose mother recently passed. The gentleman who helped me kindly worked with me. He showed me a few plants. All lovely but I had a buffet in mind. He asked me what that budget was and he offered to make a bouquet. Not only was this bouquet beautiful but it was all within my budget of $20.00. I don't live in the area but I would travel back to get flowers from them.
Grand Florist has been the florist my family has used for every occasion. Now that I live in another state, I still send flowers to my Mom from Grand Florist. I trust that they will make a stunning arrangement and I’m never disappointed. I recently sent a bouquet from their website and my Mom was thrilled with how beautiful it looks.
