I am totally disappointed. I ordered a Valentine arrangement on Feb 2, to be delivered on Feb 12. What was delivered looks NOTHING like what was ordered! My phone number was included in the order. Seems common courtesy to contact a customer when an order can't be filled and offer suggestions for the replacement. Again, I am TOTALLY disappointed!!! Will think twice before ever using this florist! ‍

Ordered from fromyouflowers.com and when my recipient sent me pictures of the flowers she received, it looked NOTHING like the picture online! The actual bouquet delivered is not even worth close to the $$$ I purchased on the website. Do NOT recommend, however unfortunately the website does not allow picking your own local florist, therefore do not recommend fromyouflowers.com either.

HOOOOOORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! If you want your delivery done by a certain time PLEASE DO NOT COUNT ON THEM TO DELIVER!! The manager LITERALLY tried to blame me for their lack of professionalism!!! Wooooow!! And implied that my WIFE WAS CHEATING ON ME!!! U CANT MAKE THIS STUFF UP!!!! Couldn't get in contact with the delivery driver to see where he was. Told me they'd call me back as the delivery deadline was nearing and finally had past. Ordered 24 roses for my wife's 50th Birthday got 12 have left several messages with no reply. Big arrangement was photo on website, little arrangement was what wife got. Look over past reviews seems to be the normal lately

Beth, store Mgr, and delivery driver provided our family a unsatisfactory experience owning no ownership for delivering to the neighbor's house, leaving the floral arrangement outside for 5-6 hours, and not calling our parents with the number provided as requested re the delivery or lack of it. Their lack of service and lack of acceptance of their mistakes is absurd.

I make a point whenever possible to spend money locally to support small business. Over the years I've used local florist and even Gordon's. The last time I placed and order with them for an arrangement to be delivered to my Mom the quality was subpar. Despite my better judgement o figures I would have them another's shot for Mother's Day 2019. I recently had Sympathy flowers sent to my family in Baltimore and I always try to shop local where possible so I selected Gordon Florist.....I was extremely dissatisfied with the arrangement sent for the amount of money spent....I emailed them letting them know of my dissatisfaction and never received a response back....Please be careful when ordering online ....My $85 arrangement looked more like a $25 arrangement

Very disappointed in the level of service and treatment I got this Valentine's Day. I placed an order for my spouse early in the morning to have a bouquet delivered to our apartment. Waited from 10 am-4pm then got a call from the florist saying they would not deliver my arrangement I ordered from ftd and if I wanted it I had to come in the next ten min because they were going to close.
