If I could I would not give Gina's any stars. My daughter and son-in-law sent me flowers on Friday. When they arrived half of the flowers were dead. I called Gina's and they said they would replace the flowers. Later in the early evening they arrived. They were somewhat better but not great. At 9:30pm the doorbell rang again and there was a man there asking for the return of the original flowers. I never should have answered the door. I had already thrown them away. Ordered Mother's Day flowers on Friday May 8th. Spent $125 and was told I'd be taken care of. Called Sunday afternoon to confirm and was told flowers were already sent out. Called again at 7:30 pm because they never arrived. I was placed on hold while my order was checked. After holding for 5 minutes phone disconnected and haven't been able to contact them since. Never again will I use them. First and last time.

If I could give no stars I would. My sister in NC ordered flowers for my mom in Central Islip. She ordered what was supposed to be the pic on the left. Beautiful pastel roses, hydrangea, and gerbera daisies beautifully arranged in an embellished vase. What she got was the haphazardly thrown together mess of red roses, carnations, ferns, and hydrangea in a cheap plain vase. Seriously? $96.40 for this garbage?? I placed an order on Friday to have the flowers delivered on Sunday. They were never delivered! Gina took the order herself and never even called to tell me that they were not going to deliver. I don't know why they weren't delivered. I called today and spoke to Angie and she said she will ask Gina, but it sounded like this was not the first time something like this happened. Don't waste your money. Look for another florist.

Now tell me something, look at the pictures I posted and tell me if that was worth 149.00 to you? FALSE ADVERTISING is what I think it looks like. A friend had bought my grandmother a set of roses too, which were two seperate orders. Two family members were at home while it was dropped off and LEFT on my doorstep because they decided they were too lazy to ring the doorbell. Are you serious? I ordered the gracious lavender basket for a family funeral. It did not look like the online photo- was muc h smaller and the lavender roses were half dead. The florist did replace it with a different basket with fresh flowers after I complained. It was disappointing and a real hassle. Roberta
