Flowers are gorgeous but they all die within 3-4 days! Not worth the money. Go to stop n shop or Shaw's, those last 7-9 days sometimes even longer! My stepdad bought my mom half dozen roses and the next day already were wilting and had brown edges.... $50!!!!! Seriously nope!

Rudest customer service I've ever encountered. My friends and I went here with no clues hoping to get some advice with the flowers and the representative keeps rolling his eyes on us. When we tried to get some advice on the color that's may fit us better he simply said "You're reading too much into this no one's going to look at your skin color." I will never shop at or recommend Gilmore Florest again. I ordered what was supposed to be a mini bouquet for my son to give his girlfriend for prom. The bouquet was the size of a basketball (see photo). When I questioned the size I was told that that is what is popular on pinterest right now. I left unsatisfied with the bouquet. When I got home I called and asked if I could bring it back and have it redone to be smaller. I was told that they didn't do that and I would have to purchase another if I wanted a smaller one. I was very unhappy with the flowers I bought from them for my wife's birthday. I bought them on a Thursday and by Friday they were already almost dead. I ended up throwing them in the trash by Saturday. I called for a refund as the product I received was absolute garbage. These flowers had water in them the whole time. Flowers were fresh. Ordered 3 separate arrangements for 3 occasions. Bouquet was well done although requested dark blue and received a light blue ribbon, corsage was nice and the bouquet I requested for a prom arrangement I was not impressed. Blue flowers were the kind that looked wilted. They weren't but shouldn't have been used and when I told her what I wanted she says there was only one way to go. No sense of customer service. I have to commend the driver for making the delivery with all the snow on my street. And I want to add that I had done business with Gilmore once before, which is why I returned. However, I ordered the FTD Love in Bloom Bouquet for Valentine's Day delivery. I would NEVER recommend Gilmore's Flower Shop to anyone! My Mom passed away the Saturday before Martin Luther King Day. My family went into Gilmore's on Martin Luther King Day & I have never met such rude & uncompassionate people in my life! Everything we had wanted to order for my Mom's wake they said was impossible for them to get because of such a short notice & that we would be VERY limited on our flower choices.How do you tell anyone that you need more of a notice when someone you love dies unexpected.
