I'm a florist myself but I live in California. I know how the business works. When I called to order flowers to be sent to my grandmother, the people were very friendly. I was very late in ordering, but not even 2 hours later, I got a call from my grandmother thanking me. The flowers arrived and they were absolutely beautiful (and even met my standards). Thank you for your team, your quality and your promptness all the way from the west coast!!

For over 30 years I've depended on the Gaudreau family to provide quality floral arrangements. They have never once let me down. Even now, living out of state, I still go to them when I want flowers delivered. I realize they didn't drive to Florida today to make a delivery to my parents. But I was floored to hear from my mother that within 3 hours of ordering from Gaudreau, the delivery was complete. And again, a wonderful presentation. Thank you all for your amazing service. Don't order from here unless you want the smallest bang for your buck , flowers looked NOTHING like the ones i oredered online , and they charged me more than anywhere in town . I already had the order filled out of I wouldn't have ordered here anyway . They charged me a wire fee for no reason either , nobody wired anything , look at pics below , does the online pic look like what I received ? Count the roses , there are less than half

Scheduled an Order for a birthday, the flowers were delivered 2 weeks early (pretty bouquet but surprise was ruined). Then they wanted to make it right and deliver a free bouquet on the actual birthday, said flowers were never delivered. Kind folks though

In my experience this business did not stand by their own policy, as stated on their organization web site, regarding substitutions. Do not place a web order and expect what you see and/or order on their web site to be delivered. If you must use this florist, I recommend calling them directly to verify what they have in stock and will send what you order.
