RecommendedWell I received a phone call from the owner of the flower shop.. I did take down the negative post do to the fact that you called me.. I appreciate you offering to redo the floral arrangement for my friend.. The reason for me being upset is that her husband is away overseas and can not be there with his family.. I always give her something special from her children and myself so sorry I was emotional... Thank you very much... Happy Mother’s Day... No I do not need a refund nor another arrangement...

I placed an order for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered as a surprise for my wife while she was on vacation in Old Town. This was a same day delivery. On the order they had all of my contact information including my cell and the recipients cell phone. The flowers were not delivered on that day. I called the next day and asked what happened. Flowers were not delivered. Called and left 2 messages and did not hear back. On the phone now with bank to dispute charge.
They could honor their orders and in a timely manner.
