Must say that in a time of a family death, you would expect to be treated to the utmost when you are purchasing flowers for a loved one's casket. Here is my issue. I ordered the flowers, picked certain colors for the flowers for a reason, had ordered a ribbon with a certain saying and paid for it all with my credit card. I ordered a red a $60 bouquet to be delivered a week in advance online and the flowers never got delivered. I tried calling and the phone # never worked and they closed before they stated online so I could not talk to anyone. Will definitely use fresh and fancy next time!!!
