Very disappointed again….Been using this place monthly for more than two years and have been really disappointed for the past few months. I paid $165 to have two dozen roses delivered and they are dead in less than 7 days (see pic). Flowers from Sam’s Club last longer … I typically call to complain, and they make it right. However, they should do better from the beginning without me calling. The quality as really fallen off and what a disappointment to those that you try to cheer up. Do better…
