I’ve used them in the past, have always had good experiences with them. This time was different, I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mom for Mother’s Day on Tuesday 05May, delivery scheduled for Saturday. I received a call saying I didn’t spend enough for delivery, there is no minimum spend for delivery that I’m aware of. I said I would pay more, not sure what I paid for though. Scheduled a same day delivery. When I called the shop to confirm window of time, she informed me there was a lot of orders ahead of me to include funeral flowers but they would work diligently to make sure my order would be out same day. I requested a certain type of ribbon and they were able to make it happen. I also had a last minute change to my delivery address and they also accommodated that. I recommend this shop 100%. Also, the flowers were beautiful!
