I had always been a huge fan of Fantasy Flowers but several recent experiences have made me look for another Florist. Twice now my husband ordered flowers for me as a surprise and was promised a delivery before noon. Both times they were severely late- once a day late- with no apology or reasonable explanation. Notwithstanding the many positive reviews we cannot concur. Perhaps they had a bad day but it was an expensive one for us. Ordered a "Premium" arrangement but what was delivered was vastly different than the online depiction. That they were neither reachable (email / text) nor responsive to our post-delivery concerns about the quality of the arrangement was bad, bad form. Fantasy Flowers delivered two Lily's for Easter with SILVER FISH in it......One to my Mother and one to my wife. Two of the worst flowers I've ever seen delivered. One of the lily's had a Silver Fish in it and the other flower was bone dry and I mean bone dry. The flowers were just left outside on the stoop. No knock on the door or even ring the door bell . this business does what they want, not what you ask for. i ordered flowers for my friend's birthday. they were not delivered, so i called and cancelled the order and asked that they reverse the charge on my card. then they delivered the flowers (2 days late) and charged my card. the flowers were nicely done but next time i will order from a florist that can get them there on time

This place should be ashamed of themselves! My sister sends flowers for Thanksgiving and they were supposed to come the day before but didn't get to our house until late on Saturday. The arrangement was so cheap and the roses were dead. I didn't have the heart to tell my sister but this place needs to refund her money because that is just awful.
