The driver is awful. I ordered 6 roses for my parents anniversary to be delivered at 8:30 AM so it would get to our hotel while we were eating breakfast. At 8:50 I called because our flowers were not there, and I had paid for special delivery. They said there was a mix up with the driver and he did not read they were special delivery, but they would get the flowers there as soon as possible. They finally arrived at 9:50. Engwalls is great, but their driver was horrible. I had a plant delivered today and he told me I looked like Hell...WOW no compassion. I bet he wouldn't look good either after having his breast (I just had bilateral mastectomy) or other body parts removed.
Too bad I have to do this. Flowers were bought paid for from son in Twin Cities for delivery Christmas eve. Nothing, all day. Had to wait till monday Wrong flowers delivered. Today those monday flowers faded and dying by thurs am Meanwhile after aggravating waits from owner and staff, phone call.agreed to get a lily replacement Thurs del. Instead they delivered on Wed. Ordered 2 arrangements through Superior location for Christmas - to be picked up. Neither looked like the ones I ordered. One arrangement was for my folks - oblong with hurricane glass. The one I received was round, had to argue for hurricane glass to be put in. Then the one staff member treated me like dirt because I had them correct it to best available. Close to $100 spent and still not satisfied. Will not use them again.
Terrible service & high prices!! Just stood in the store for 30 minutes looking for a plant & not one person said hi or offered help (the store was not busy at all)!
