Flowers were perfect, but customer service needs some feedback: never show the customers you are frazzled. I offered to pick up the flowers on Saturday because they called Saturday morning (before Mother's day) to tell me the delivery would be late that day but I had plans, so popped over. I wish they told me they moved. Love their new location! I requested my delivery charge be put back on my card, but the owner said she coykdnt do that. I was welcomed to shop for a $10 item. Uh ok. Weird.

They are such an amazing company! My daughter forgot to order her boutonniere and corsage for her senior prom. So I called them in a panic seeing if there was anyway they could on the fly make them within two hours before they left! They were so nice about it and put together such a beautiful pair for them to have! Also, while waiting there is so many things to look at that you can totally buy! The arrangement was exactly as I had ordered and my additional written request was taken into account. Actually the arrangement was even nicer than the online picture as the six large roses were breathtaking. My spouse was delighted. Thank you for the care and attention in your arrangement.
