Disappointed!!! Have used them for years and recommended to others. Lately, quality and service has suffered. Used them twice in 2010. Valentine's Day - Delivered a wilted bouquet, December Wedding Aniversary - Ordered from their Aniversary page and was asked type of event on order page, wife received a Christmas looking bouquet, not even close to picture on their website. I will be retracting my recommendations and changing florists.
