Every Year I call up Jim at the last minute to have one of his custom floral designs sent to my elderly mother for her birthday and thanks to Jim, every year I am her favorite child because of it! I was very disappointed with the bouquet I received compared to what was advertised online. The arrangement shown had a soft pastel “cotton candy” palette, but the one delivered looked quite different and contained a large number of white daisies that changed the overall aesthetic. I had a wonderful experience ordering from Dana’s Flower Shop! I live in Canada, and was placing an order for a friend in New York. When I called, the gentleman was incredibly kind and provided thoughtful recommendations. He sent me a photo of the final arrangement and an update once it was delivered as well. An absolute staple in the Forest Hills/Kew Gardens area for over 30 years! I went in for a birthday bouquet for my mom and Jimmy helped me out. He is such a sweet guy—super attentive and efficient. You can tell he really cares about his craft because the arrangement he made was just beautiful. Highly recommend!
