Curtis flowers is the best flower shop to work with in Genesee County! We have been going to Curtis flowers for years between school dances, Valentines Day gifts, funeral spreads and just flowers just to give. We have always been 110% satisfied with every arrangement they have done. They are easy to work with, friendly and very professional! So Disappointed in this florist I will never use them again and I will tell my friends and family NOT to use this place as well. I ordered a $100 bouquet and requested purple flowers. NOT ONE PURPLE FLOWER!! THE WHOLE BOUQUET! I ordered these flowers 2 days in advance do you think anyone who had a business sense would call and say hey were out of purple can we do another color?? NO! they just take your money and do what they want. GERYICH'S is the florist we will use from now on!
Worst customer service ever. Ordered flowers for my pregnant daughter. They were not delivered the day promised. Called Male manager...he told me I could call the next day and chew the girl out and then he said he was going to fire her! Totally unprofessional! I ordered a rose bush with fresh flowers. They delivered a rose bush with fake carnations instead of fresh flowers. Do not use Curtis Flowers!
If this is the best place in Genesee County, it's a pity! I personally visited the store to select flowers for my friend. I chose a specific arrangement from their cooler and was assured they would deliver a similar one. I made it a point to request that hydrangeas were part of my arrangement, as they were in the arrangement I saw in their cooler.
