I had never used this florist before, Creative Florist. But I wanted something close to the funeral home I was sending it to. I spoke to a wonderful, pleasant and knowledgeable young lady there, I can't remember her name. She was very helpful and when I explained what I wanted she knew exactly what I needed. I want start by saying I love Creative Florist!! I live in SC and my family is in Radisson. I have used Creative Florist for several years to gift my 94 yr old mom and others. They did an amazing bouquet for Valentines day for mom and she is over the moon! Everyday she tells me how beautiful they are, I had them delivered on Thursday, her friends are jealous and that tickles her!!!! Thank you so much for making my mom so very happy which in turn makes me happy..it truly warms my heart!!!!
I am beyond livid with this shop! They are highly unprofessional and do not deserve even a 1 star. They have been avoiding rectifying a matter for days now. I went to them to do a funeral spray for a childhood friends father, I was beyond disappointed and truly feel disrespected with the outcome for $229 the girl on last Tuesday night was young and when I told her I did flowers I don’t think she believed me. Creative florists is the absolute best. The service, the quality of the product, and their TV commercials are all outstanding. I will never go anywhere else. On top of they are more affordable than the supermarkets.
