Beautiful roses were delivered however within 2 days there was an aphid infestation throughout the areas near the roses including in hard to reach window spaces. We had to trash the roses and spend about 50 mins cleaning up all the aphids.
I am incredibly disappointed with this florist. I would recommend against using them. A friend had a death in their family recently, and I placed an order online yesterday to send flowers to her. Didn't like this shop at all. The lady who helped us was not helpful at all on what flowers went together well or giving us any advice when we asked her. She was not friendly at all and acted like she was super put out by helping us, even though there were no other customers in the shop. They were almost out of the very small selection of flowers they had. I really would expect more from a store in Issaquah, and to be more stocked on products the day before Mother's Day. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife's birthday to be delivered to her at work. This was an extremely important birthday and Countryside was provided with the address of her work and the time that they needed to be delivered by. I was not told that I had nothing to worry about, they had delivered flowers to her place of work many times. They were not delivered. I live out of state and chose Countryside Floral based on proximity and reviews. The woman I dealt with assured me they knew what they were doing because they have been doing for 30 some years. It was very important that they be delivered on my mothers actual 70th birthday for several reasons. They delivered a day early and to my moms neighbors. It cost me $90. I'm very disappointed and will not be using them again.
Unreliable and undependable. I'll spare you the details but they completely ruined the occasion and day with their lack of follow through and lazy knowledge of the industry. Additional: Charged me delivery fee and didn't deliver it. Were rude to me when I drove thru 2 area codes during rush hour to pick up and deliver myself. These people should not be trusted.

Had multiple conversations about a bouquet. Sent pictures and specifically asked for no greenery. Just received a large bouquet overflowing with greenery. Pretty flowers but not at all what was asked for.
Last month I ordered a FTD Happy Day Birthday arrangement for my son from our local florist and the order was sent to Countryside Floral. When my son sent me a picture of what he received, I was very disappointed as the bouquet did not even resemble the photo on the FTD website. Don't believe Countryside's "unconditional guarantee" as they were unwilling to send a replacement bouquet when my florist called to say I was not happy with the arrangement. My boyfriend ordered me two glass orchid displays for my birthday, I put them on my office desk at work. The first display I noticed after about a week there were little white mites in the soil. While the displays are beautiful they are only meant to last for maybe a month as they don't correctly plant orchids, they suffocate them with heavy soil rather than leave the roots airy and light.
