Not impressed with there service. A friend of ours sent us a big bouquet of flowers they where delivered on friday to the wrong house she gave the wrong number which was only 2 houses down.They told my friend they left them in the door. They left them on there porchan the storm an heat destroyed them. I went to get them the neighbor didnt even acknowledge the florist cause they never seen or talked to them or they would of sent them back. Customer service was terrible. My flowers were delivered a day later than I requested and wilted the same day they were delivered. I was asked to send a picture of them and told someone would get back to me and that never happened. I was given a credit but that is not what I wanted I expected to at least get a return phone call and never did. That is my first and last time using this florist.
