My last order I was unimpressed with the what they gave my wife, very disappointed I used to use them all the time..
I'm always a supporter of small businesses.... I have dealt with Mike at Classy Design Florist twice and have the highest praises for him! It was 2 days before Valentines Day.... I walked in and was immediately greeted... Too late for delivery to my sweetheart at work.? No problem - Made selection,completed transaction. The flowers were delivered as promised - with in the time promised - bouquet was gorgeous even greater than explained.!! This is an amazing florist. Perhaps one of Houston's best kept secrets. I came in on a Saturday afternoon requesting four arrangements to be delivered in just a few hours for a party. They created absolutely gorgeous arrangements that were waiting for us when we arrived at the venue. They are my new go-to destination for florals.
This place definitely lacks curb appeal, but don't let that stop you! Once you enter the store there are beautiful live flowers and arrangements everywhere and it smells wonderful!...as any flower shop should :) They are very prompt (ordered an arrangement at 2 yesterday that was made to order and ready by 4 pm) and reasonably priced. The $40 arrangement I ordered was quite pretty. I will certainly use Classy Design Florist for any future flower orders!
I will never this use florist again. He took the liberty of substituting all of the flowers within the bouquet until the arrangement looked nothing like the photo of the bouquet I actually ordered. When I phoned to inform him of the unprofessionalism and unfair business practice, he even tried to convince me I was mistaken about the colors of the "all lavender and white" bouquet I ordered was the same as the pink, yellow and white assortment I ordered. Very disappointing for a birthday gift bouquet!!!!

Vince, it's our understanding that the product you ordered was just like the picture with the exception that you didn't check the "no substitution" box and we therefore substituted one type of flower that was not available with available flowers. I recently ordered an arrangement via the website. I was blown away by the photo and was really looking forward to seeing the arrangement at the event. I was very much less than thrilled at the actual product. I paid close to $200 and what I received I could have put together myself. Will not use this florist again.
I ordered 12 roses on Valentines Day for my girlfriend and they charged me $178. No problem with paying top dollar for quality but this place SUCKS! The roses were dead in less than TWO DAYS! I emailed this business to let them know I want a refund and NEVER heard back! Horrible business! Spend your money elsewhere!!!
