I ordered two arrangements for Mother's Day with delivery the previous Friday (May 6th). They never turned up and I had trouble reaching someone. It turns out there was an issue with printing and processing the order. They are now processing my order and are including some extra details to make up for the delay (e.g. different vase, extra flowers). I appreciate how kind and apologetic the owner was.

I ordered flowers from out of town. They were delivered promptly, and very pretty, but i felt it was a small arrangement for the cost.

My fiancé bought me flowers for Valentine's Day and paid well over $100 for them and within two days they were wilted and dying they should've at least last a week for that price so I would not recommend this place you're better off to go to the grocery store make your own bouquet for a fraction of the cost

My husband ordered a dozen roses for my birthday. They were not delivered on time. Since my birthday was Tuesday and did not get the flowers until 4:00 that afternoon, you would think by Friday that they would still be beautiful. Not -- the roses have already sagged and the greenery is as brittle as if they had been outside. I have kept them watered and feel they should not have done this. Poor quality. In the past, they have lasted at least a week. What's going on?

I used this company for Valentines day. The flowers I ordered were not delivered two days after my order. I called the company who would not pick up their phone for 3 days. I was finally sent to an overseas help line. After calling for days I finally reach a person who says my order will be refunded. My money has yet to be returned and I never received the flowers. Terrible company to use, unreliable. I am now out of over $100 in flowers that I never received.
