I ordered flowers to be delivered by this weekend & they never got delivered. I'm all the way in Seattle, Washington & I needed these flowers delivered by either Friday or Saturday & they never came. Now I want my money back because she is now out of the hospital! Plus I'm a Yelper!

I was so disappointed with the flowers I ordered for my grandfather's funeral. Four of the five "white" lilies had brown spots covering the centers and brown tattered edges. The arrangement was smaller than the one shown online and had fewer flowers. They did say they thought it MIGHT arrive in time for the viewing but wouldn't guarantee it...it did not arrive. Don't Bother! We called from out of town to purchase flowers for a funeral. We provided very specific instructions and paid a lot of money. A friend forwarded a pic via his iPhone upon delivery, THANKFULLY, as we were shocked to see a flower arrangement that looked little like what we requested and had half the amount of flowers we expected.
