I called and spoke to Tracy regarding a recently placed online order and she was so helpful and provided the best customer service. I would definitely recommend Bonnie's Flowers, they really care about their customers experience.

We've been customers of Bonnie's Flowers for decades so naturally i called Tracie at Bonnie's Flowers to create the arrangements for our 50th Wedding Anniversary Dinner. I sent her a photo from our wedding and asked her to do her magic and create a bouquet that matched what my wife carried that day. It would have been cost prohibitive to include the gardinias that were part of the original bouquet so Tracie substituted white roses and matched the rest. I received very personalized and helpful service from Tracey at Bonnie's Flowers when ordering flowers to send to my friend after the death of her elderly mom. Tracey was so helpful as we viewed Bonnie's Flowers website floral arrangements together. It was so helpful to do this as she really understood what I was looking for. My friend loved the arrangement and she also sent me a photo. I was so pleased. It was just what I wanted for my friend and with a bow around the glass vase, it was the icing on the cake!

Beautiful, beautiful flowers delivered from Bonnie's today. I just had surgery and my sisters sent flowers from another florist, and they were so puny that one of my sisters demanded, and received, a refund. Having used Bonnie's before, I suggested my (out of town) sister use Bonnie's. I not only received a beautiful, fresh bouquet of flowers, but the delivery man was so sweet. Wonderful!!! Excellent customer service!!! My son went into Bonnie's for prom flowers for his girlfriend. . He ordered a small bouquet. The bouquet was absolutely beautiful! The flowers matched her dress perfectly! Prom was a week ago and the flowers are still fresh and beautiful! Highly recommend!

Wonderful job in the flower arrangement. I picked deal of the day and the arrangement made for was great. It was Easter and the flowered picked were perfect for that them.

Always incredible service and beautiful arrangements. So appreciate that they take weather into consideration and are always careful to not leave deliveries in inclement weather to ensure flowers are in pristine shape for the recipient. Love this florist!

I've used Bonnies several years to deliver flowers on my sister's birthday. They've always done a beautiful job. As luck would have it, life got in the way this year and I was late to place my order. The delivery driver had already left, but Bonnies was still able to deliver my order on her birthday. Thank you so much for your service and quality, I'll be sure to call earlier next year!
