I ordered the "daily deal" online as a thank you gift for my Aunt. She called me overjoyed at how beautiful the bouquet, vase, etc was. Thank you Ben's! Great work! Let me add, this was a last minute same day delivery and they delivered as promised in regards to quality and time.

1 star -- Misleading website, poor-quality flowers, no resolution - do not shop Here! I paid $130 for an arrangement advertised on Ben's Florist Shop's website, and what arrived looked nothing like it. Instead of the exotic arrangement pictured, I received a small bunch of ordinary flowers that were clearly not fresh. I had terrible experience. I ordered beautiful deluxe flowers for my friend. She received completely different flowers, in different vase. Instead to write " Get well" they wrote Hospital/ Illness. Also they wrote price I paid. Different selection for prise I paid. Very, very disappointed.

Very poor and crowded for Valentine's Day. Stay away from ready prepared rose bouquet grossly overpriced and rotting .I'm embarrassed to give this as a gift .2 stars if I go back and they pull this stunt again one star Let the buyer beware . Very disappointed and large man with mask roams the inside whose in everyone's way ? He interferes with purchasing a giant obstruction. More florists are in the area .

This place is absolute trash. My boyfriend ordered Valentine's Day flowers from here and not only did they not return his calls but they never delivered the flowers or refunded him. What a mess... Avoid this place if you want to have your flowers actually delivered.

Such a waste of money. I bought a bouquet for over 50$ and it just vanished in just a day. I would at least expect it to be fresh for 3/5 days. Very disappointed.

Absolutely horrible. I received an arrangement of roses on Valentine's Day two days ago, a couple of petals were wilted already but not horribly so. Two days later (today 2/16) the bouquet is already half dead, I took the flowers out of the vase to trim the stems in hoping to get another few days of beauty and realized why they died so quickly- the stems were hacked to pieces, peeling and burned looking. This place is a rip off i ordered some flowers online on the website and they charged my card but when i called to see if my order went through they said that nothing came in and they had to shut down their website from so many orders. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE

I ordered a 60$ Valentine's Day arrangement for my loved one. Flowers was not even half of what the picture on the site shows, the cute ribbon was replaced by a christmas leftover. the card message was all misspelled and write like a 3rd grade kid. Also the girl's name was wrong. The whole thing looks like passionless. awkward and sad!
