Roses that died after 2 days. Unacceptable. Bringing your lady flowers that die within 2 days is embarrassing. Never again.

I ordered a premium bouquet for a "morning delivery" , When it was 12:50 pm I called to cancel as we were leaving , Was told it would be credit back to my card , at 3 pm florist was at the gate ,I called said this order was cancelled He said thought you was someone else , take it or get charged a restocking fee , so I gave it to my neighbor , She was very grateful, however as a former Macy designer for $200 this was a $75 bouquet at best . Don't use this florist as I will never again

I picked this florist for the excellent reviews. They were an upscale area florist, not a random on line florist. I upgraded to the premium so it would be extra special. I have posted the pictures of what I ordered vs what was sent. When I called I spoke to the owner Matt. I explained I was not disputing the actual flowers, they were there and lovely, but I was very disappointed in the design and arrangement. I felt there was NO design. I ordered a bouquet for Mother's Day. What was received did not come close to what I ordered. Matt did not even attempt to make things right and attemptEd to gaslight me by saying that only one flower was substituted. I was embarrassed that my mother in law received these flower.

I sent my mom a beautiful orchid and succulent for her birthday. Within 3 weeks the leaves were yellow and by the following week the stem was turning yellow as well. When my mom called the florist to talk about the plant she was met with defensiveness because so much time had passed. When she took it to a friend involved with The Orchid Society, they took it apart and discovered that it had rot. I live in Chicago and order flowers from 1800Flowers and Ashley Florist was assigned to my order! They were skimpy on the Flowers and it was not as impressive as the picture From 1800Flowers! Disappointed as my it was my daughters Birthday and she is a Nurse at Delray Hospital and had to work! Nurses work hard so needless to say I won't do it again! They did get it there when promised only positive comment!
