I highly recommend Armbruster Florist if you are in the Middletown, Ohio, their delivery area, or pick them yourself... it will be worth the trip. My experience was that I live out of town and was in need of flowers to be delivered from our family for a funeral. Armbruster's was recommended and I'm glad. Fresh and beautiful plants snd flowers delivered, better than the online photo! Great communication and prompt delivery. Appreciated the use of gourmet chocolates, too. I have trusted the legacy family business at Armbruster Florist with our own family flowers for decades, and they still never disappoint!
This is the first time I have used this florist shop. When I called they were very professional but confident I requested a picture when the arrangement was complete. The person I spoke to was very nice but confident I would like the arrangement. They were right and the person we had them sent to loved them too! All over great service. I called Armbruster the day before the funeral. Concerned that since it was last minute call, the plant arrangement I ordered wouldn't be special or arrive in time for the service. The plant arrangement was beautiful with an added touch of fresh flowers and a butterfly. And arrived before the service, it was truly beautiful. Thank you for making a rough day, special!!
All I can say is BEAUTIFUL! The florist attentively listened to my questions, he helped design a GORGEOUS planter and then delivered it in an extremely short amount of time! Thank you so much! And, by the way, the chocolates were also a big hit!
