I received a dozen roses from Armbruster Florist that were THE most beautiful roses. After a full week, the roses are still beautiful (even after making multiple road trips in between because they looked so amazing I didn't want to leave them at the office or home while I was away)! The customer service was outstanding--they had to make three delivery attempts before I was home. The driver didn't want to leave them in the heat. Wow!
Put together a beautiful white roses arrangement for my wife's birthday within a few hours of me placing a phone call. Very friendly and easy to work with. Quality of the flowers and the care they arranged them with were both top notch.

It was one of those weeks with Mother's Day closing in. Called Armbruster; Matthew said he couldn't get flowers there in time. Yet, he didn't hang up; but gave me the name and number of a florist close to my destination. My daughter-in-law sent me a pic; they were so beautiful. Made my day too! If the flowers I ordered are 1/3 as lovely as the human that took my order, then they will be perfect. I can't say enough for the kindness and helpfulness of this florist in helping me pick an arrangement that needed to be delivered early Monday morning for a friend's father's visitation. I am grateful and very pleased with the price as well. Thank you, Armbruster Florist for being so kind. I will be a repeat customer.
Wasn't sure what to get for a coworker leaving the company. They suggested a mixed bouquet with cheerful colors. It was a hit!
I have tears in my eyes as I write this review. I cannot express the am of gratitude I have for Armbruster Florists. Today is a dark day for our family as we lay to rest a young man that meant the world to us. I woke up and remembered I forgot to order flowers and panicked. I ordered two arrangements to be delivered one week apart for some friends in Kettering. I used the online order form which was easy to maneuver and had a nice selection of options. My friend texted me today to say that the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. I ordered a fall themed arrangement with sunflowers that was perfect for her husband. I will use Armbruster Florist in the future!
