There was a slight mixup with my order. Addison floral took the extra steps to make it right. Rare to find such great customer service nowadays and especially on Christmas weekend when they must be very busy !
My grandmother passed away and we needed a casket arrangement and standing arrangement for the services. We worked with Larry who was amazing. The flowers turned out beautiful. My mom placed an order in person and I did over the phone from out of state. I cannot say enough good things!
I researched florists in the area so I could send my Godmother flowers for her birthday. I ordered the standard arrangement which was pictured on their website as shown. This was the standard, not the deluxe or premium which were pictured bigger and fuller. I feel their "standard" picture still did not look like what was delivered. I was disappointed. I wanted to send flowers to a relative who was in a stressful situation. I didn't realize it was Valentine's Day week - an extremely busy time for florists. Addison Floral accommodated me and delivered the flowers on Valentine's Day. The flowers were very much appreciated. The service merits 5 stars!
Had 8 centerpieces done for a luncheon. Asked Larry for flowers with fall colors. They turned out beautifully. Everyone loved them so much that we had to raffle them off because everyone wanted to take them home. They flowers were delivered earlier then our requested time. When we got to the venue, all the centerpieces were placed on each table by the delivery person. Can't ask for more beautiful flowers or better service.
Had a wonderful experience with Addison Floral. The woman I spoke with was so warm and helpful. The funeral arrangement was beautiful and just as we had discussed. I would highly recommend.
There was a misunderstanding with my initial order and bouquet was not made as indicated . Larry calmly called me back and resolved the problem, and recreated the most lovely full bouquet as replacement (see photo). He was courteous and very pleasant to deal with - and very good with customer service.
I ordered flowers for my baby shower , the pricing was great . Very beautiful. Larry is great to work with .
