It was my wedding anniversary and I wanted to send a nice fall bouquet of flowers but waited till the last minute. I went to Woodring’s and was immediately greeted by staff. I explained what I needed and had a very easy experience with great customer service. The next day my wife received a beautiful fall flower arrangement at work! The delivery was timely and professional. I will definitely go back as Woodring’s has a great local reputation and helpful customer service. Thank you
These people are wonderful. I sent flowers to my mother on her birthday but had some trouble with the checkout (nothing to do with them, it was an issue with Paypal if I remember right). The point is, I forgot to include a message the second time. They called me multiple times leading up to the date, and I didn't realize I had missed them until the third time. I ordered a bouquet that looked quite different from the photos online—fewer flowers and not the full, rounded arrangement I expected. While that was disappointing, Dave at Woodring’s responded quickly, was genuinely courteous, and resolved the issue right away. I appreciate the professionalism and care.
I requested a special vase of fall cut flowers for my sister-in-laws 60th birthday. It was absolutely beautiful.
Service was amazing due to a mistake by another florist I needed a delivery same day on a weekend they made it happen very quickly the arrangement was beautiful and also followed up to ensure we were satisfied would highly recommend!!!!
