I feel so bad that I called and thought there wasn’t 2 dozen carnations in my order. It was because I couldn’t see them all in the picture I received of them.They were definitely in the arrangement. It was my wrong not the young lady who took my order and did the arrangement. She did an awesome job! I live out of state and have used Woodring’s Florest for all my special arrangement needs for years. I have always been so VERY PLEASED with their work and highly recommend them!!
These people are wonderful. I sent flowers to my mother on her birthday but had some trouble with the checkout (nothing to do with them, it was an issue with Paypal if I remember right). The point is, I forgot to include a message the second time. They called me multiple times leading up to the date, and I didn't realize I had missed them until the third time. The flowers were even better than expected! I ordered the deluxe arrangement, and it truly lived up to the name. The quality and presentation exceeded my expectations. What impressed me even more was the customer service. After placing my order online, my daughter shared that she was taking a weekend getaway. I called the store and they were incredibly accommodating, adjusted the delivery so the arrangement would arrive fresh a few days later. Amazing service and beautiful flowers all around. Highly recommend!
I had ordered a vase for my grandfather's funeral, I asked for a design I saw online but add some red. Woodrings said how about we do a red, white, and blue vase instead. They put together a beautiful arrangement for him! There were only 3 arrangements there, but I did feel like mine was the nicest looking! Thank you Woodrings Floral Gardens.
