amazing. This is the only floral shop I will use. These ladies are truly talented. Don't waste your time going somewhere else.

Updated Review 4/5/21: Vernal Floral made a different arrangement for my mom and made it right before I was even able to call them back. The last photo is the beautiful arrangement they delivered today. I truly appreciate it! Updated Review: I initially gave a 5-star review, but changed it to 2 stars. I purchased a tropical floral arrangement for a funeral this week. I was very specific when speaking with them getting assurance the arrangement would look as shown on website. They expressed the orchids are not being shipped in from Hawaii and they would replace with exotic green flowers I was told the vase would be 24" tall with tulip opening top. DO NOT USE THIS FLOWER SHOP!!! I paid 90.00 for a premium bouquet in a tall, elegant vase filled with nearly a dozen roses, some hydrangea, and 5 gerber daisies. What I received was a short square vase, one sided bouquet. There wasn't nearly enough filler flowers, only 1 gerber, 1 hydrangea, four roses and a carnation. It was tiny and had no artistic design to it. Should have cost maybe 40.00. I worked in the flower business for years and have never seen such terrible service. Please do not use this shop. -Ivory
