What is ordered and what I got were very different and dissapointing! This was a special present for my Mom's 75th Birthday. There are not multiple colored roses and no orange or purple anything included at all! Large box of candy is not anything similar to the advertised box that showed gourmet chocolates. Its just a $10 box of Ferrero Roche from the grocery store that I paid tripple for. The BALLOON!!! Is ridiculous and not Birthday themed at all like the picture. I feel ripped off. It's hard to believe this after all of the great reviews about this shop, but I'll let the pictures do the talking. Ordered a Mother's Day arrangement through this florist via Teleflora and the flowers were delivered dead. I paid almost $90 for wilted, brown hydrangeas and peonies that lost all of their petals moments after being delivered. Not to mention there were large gaps in the arrangement (probably from flowers that fell apart during transit). Along with poor quality flowers, the card was filled with spacing errors. Curtis is an amazing talent. Did a great job on an arrangement for a client of ours. Price was reasonable, delivery prompt, very happy with the results.
Came in for a last minute bouquet and was helped right away. Wide variety of flowers to choose from and all well priced. I hand picked my flowers and ribbon. Personalized just for me and it was all within my budget of 30$. I loved it so much and I’m so happy with the bouquet, it was beautiful!! Great service and was wrapped perfectly to take home.
