Ordered through FTD and this shop picked it up. The flowers delivered were nothing like the image online. No bow, no mixture of plants. Called FTD to do a re-delivery through another place and this shop went and picked up the sympathy flowers that had already been shipped. Since it is through another place they didn’t even have any flowers to exchange, just a promise that they would come later today. I would highly recommend placing your flower order elsewhere. What we received was not what we ordered, and when we called to resolve the issue, we were met with unhelpful and rude customer service from both a man and a woman on the phone. We were told that the shop only handles deliveries and that the order had been placed through a third-party company. Flowers are beautiful and very fresh, requested delivery on Valentine’s Day and the email that day mentioned they would be delivered between 9:00 am and 8 pm, they were delivered at 6:30…not bad considering it’s one of the busiest days of the year for flowers.
The problem I encountered was both with 1800Flowers and TPH Flowers. I was gifted flowers on Oct 18th. The purchaser received a text on 10/18 confirming that they had been delivered. However, that order was no where to be found. The purchaser contacted 1800Flowers to inform them of non-delivery. They promptly said they would replace the flowers and have them delivered the following day, Oct. 19th. TPH was given the replacement order on the 19th and delivered them within 2 hours.
