Ordered through FTD and this shop picked it up. The flowers delivered were nothing like the image online. No bow, no mixture of plants. Called FTD to do a re-delivery through another place and this shop went and picked up the sympathy flowers that had already been shipped. Since it is through another place they didn’t even have any flowers to exchange, just a promise that they would come later today. Wonderful flower arrangement delivered same day with all expectations exceeded by TPH Coffee & Flowers. One would have though with the effort put forth by this buyer and vendor the recipient could have spent more time parading the bouquet around the office to antagonize the other women in said office and also given the sender superior accolades for the unwarranted gift. 5 stars for the woman answering the phone on Valentines Day– Uber decided to arbitrarily cancel the advance order I placed the week prior, and I could tell she did her best to make sure the flowers were delivered by her own delivery personnel. Thanks again.

I ordered a floral arrangement the day before and they were received quickly the next morning and were so beautiful! I as well as the recipient are so pleased. Thank you so much for a great experience

I would highly recommend placing your flower order elsewhere. What we received was not what we ordered, and when we called to resolve the issue, we were met with unhelpful and rude customer service from both a man and a woman on the phone. We were told that the shop only handles deliveries and that the order had been placed through a third-party company. They explained that they only receive the delivery fee, not the cost of the flowers themselves. We were then given an out-of-state number to call and were advised that we w... read more
