I would not recommend this business. Customer service is terrible. My order was not fulfilled with the quality of flowers that I expected, the number of balloons was incorrect, and the recipient did not even know who the order was from because the names were omitted from the card. They were unapologetic and only offered excuses.
Don't use 531 flowers. They delivered the worst flowers I have ever seen. What I ordered and what was delivered are not even the same!
Business response:
Hello Logan, We're sorry to hear that you were not happy with your arrangement. Per our past conversation, the photo on the website represents a front-facing only arrangement for the purpose of displaying flowers, but we are advised to arrange flowers in a 360 degree view for enjoyment from all angles. Because of this, it can give the impression that the arrangement is lacking flowers, but there is a recipe for this arrangement and it was properly followed.
