I've ordered from them several times and they've always been FABULOUS. I mentioned I'd painted a cardinal for my friend's birthday, and them came up with the best arrangement to go with it and even had a cardinal vase. She was beyond please.

My in-laws had their dog pass away suddenly last week and we wanted to send flowers. I called and spoke with Regina late Friday afternoon after finding out the news. She was so kind, compassionate, and helpful. Within 90 minutes of placing the order, flowers were on their door step. The flowers were beautiful, their customer service is amazing and I highly recommend this shop for all your floral needs. Thank you Regina and your team for being so kind to our family!

I ordered some flowers for Mother's Day and they were beautiful! The lady at the shop couldn't have been nicer and the flowers turned out orgeous!

Absolutely 100% embarrassed by Town and Country!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ordered an arrangement of Star Gazers and Calla Lilies for a dear friend, Lynn Betsill... ONLY to show up for viewing, NO arrangement there, and the following day, the actual funeral day April 7th, 2021 the arrangement was nothing but leaves and I mean LEAVES, the entire arrangement was the size of my forearm. I wish I had visited Yelp before ordering from this business. The arrangement did not look like the image on the website and didn't include the same flowers. Cheaper flowers were used in place of flowers that are in season and common for florists to carry! Why is the arrangement mostly chrysanthemums?! For $130? "Traci" responded to my email that they were out of the other flowers and used more flowers to make it look more full. So, they don't understand that is what they are supposed to do. Do not use this flower shop. I ordered flowers for my wife. A $96 arrangement for delivery. They were extremely late getting these delivered to begin with and then when they showed up they were nowhere near the arrangement that was depicted. This is the 2nd time i used this flower shop and the same thing happened the first time. Stay away, and do not use.
