Disappointed!!!Delivered with ballon half deflated, roses changinging colors with leaves on roses rolled up,bad pedals pulled off other flowers in the arrangement. No greenery to help it look like the image on the website. Image on website was rose color theme.. flowers delivered were purple themed. This was mother's 75th birthday.. only reason i gave 1 star was for delivery same day. Delivery person apologized for the ballon and told Mom if she came by the store she would give her another one.. really??
