Went to pick it up and they had sold flowers I bought to someone else and tried to hand me a lower quality bouquet. This was Valentine's day so I understand that things are in demand but since I had already paid, I expected it to be saved. Along with this, I had sent someone else to pick up the flowers and they tried to charge this person again, completely "forgetting" they had charged me before online. I'd stay away from this place

The flowers that were sent today to Jackson Memorial Funeral Home was not what I ordered which should have been a “Red Sympathy Standing Spray”. Instead, they sent a vase of flowers, which by the way, was a combination of Real & Fake flowers. Who does that?! Money was wasted ($110) and I was truly disheartened considering this was for my co-worker who lost her young son! If you are not going to do right, just don’t do it at all!

The Wishing Well Florist & Gifts came through for me on a last minute standing spray. I spoke with Khandis and explained what I wanted and got just that. The funeral home actually destroyed the first flower, I contacted Khandis and she personally re did the spray and delivered it. Thank you so much for going above and beyond.

I needed a last minute gift basket deliverered to my husband for his birthday. I call this store right before closing and asked if they could make that request possible. They didn’t turn me away, but rather, used their magic and creativity to make a beautiful gift basket that was delivered to him in less than two hours. Thank you for helping me making my husbands birthday special and thank you for working with me last minute. Without you, his birthday wouldn’t be as special.
