Customer service is top notch. Anything I have ever ordered has been excellent. Without question. You ask, you shall receive. This just so happens to be one of last bouquets I had delivered to my Aunt Jill On the anniversary of her daughter’s passing. Needless to say, It made her day……. The arrangements were absolutely stunning! Both recipients were so thankful. I ordered my phone in the process was easy. The only drawback was I did attempt to order online and when I went to choose recipient I could not accomplish that. The Flowers that were chosen were vibrant and colorful. Both arrangements have lasted. I have been totally pleased and they've been well worth the money spent. The delivery person was very friendly as well. Definitely five stars and would highly recommend the Love Bug to anyone.

The love bug staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They never fail to impress with their floral creations. I ordered an arrangement on Thursday for Easter and it was delivered on Thursday afternoon.

My husband called The Love Big Floral Shop the same day he wanted flowers delivered to me. They were gracious and so efficient! The bouquet was gorgeous! So full of color! Thank you!!
