My experience was fantastic. I called very last minute and they were able to get the arrangement sent to the funeral in time. I wasn't able to attend the funeral, but was sent a picture of the flowers. They were even more beautiful then what I had seen online. Thank you so much!
I recently ordered a bouquet on behalf of our office team, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful and delivered right on time to our coworker. Although the bouquet was originally advertised with sunflowers, they reached out to me promptly to let me know they didn’t have them available and offered gerbera daisies as a replacement. My 🎂 flowers from my Grandson in Halifax to Kent’s Florist Lindsay were absolutely Gorgeous and a week later they are still just as beautiful and I sent a similar bouquet to my friend a few days later…Kent’s Florist is the best 🤗❣️
We had excellent service from Kent Florist. We were very late in ordering outdoor decorations for our home. In spite of that they accommodated us by coming to our house and making the urn arrangement on site. We are very happy with the quality of the wreaths and will definitely use them again.
Such a great customer service experience! Had me on file from an order from years before and were able to fulfill my order in under 24 hrs on the day before valentines day!!! Lovely shop. Highly recommend!
