My boyfriend had delivered to my job. I didn’t have the heart to tell him they were horrible dying flowers. I called instead and I’ve called 2 days in a row n reach an answering service w no return call so now I resort to leaving a negative review. Not only was the arrangement unacceptable but there was zero attempt to address an issue. I would highly NOTrecommend this shop for your loved one.

I placed an order through FTD and the gift factory shop Was the assigned florist to do my arrangement. not only was the arrangement broken when it arrived. It was nothing like what I was supposed to receive. It wasn’t even close to a substitution. I will no longer order through FTD as they use this company for all of my orders. I have never been happy with them.

The Gift Factory of Tampa owes me nothing. My mom received a beautiful breakfast gift on Mother’s Day that was the most beautiful arrangement I have ever seen. My mother still talks about it today. We have been using them for years and have never had any disappointments.

This is what I was delivered at 10pm for my Birthday! My family was very disappointed that this was the arrangement upon arrival. I love flowers, but this is shameful..If your company isn’t able to deliver ,please don’t just take people money. Do better!

I purchased a Christmas floral arrangement online via Teleflora. What my friend received looked NOTHING like what I ordered online. The $100 arrangement looked more like a $30 piece.
