They are professional courteous and friendly. They called us bec they didn't have the vase we chose. We use them every year and the flowers are always beautiful. They do a fantastic job. Delivery always on time and special instructions always followed!!!

Great customer service & The standing arrangement was done beautifully and delivered to Funeral Home the with no delay or issues✨ sad to say having to order another standing arrangement with in few days of the first for another family members service but at least there isn't any doubt or worries this time✨💐✨Thank You All at THE FLOWER STATION💐

I went to order some flowers for Valentine's day but I was too late. At 12:31 pm, I still ordered them to be delivered on Monday. I received a call at 1:57 pm from the Flower Station to confirm that I wanted the flowers to be delivered on Monday because they were headed out the door to be delivered. I told her that would be perfect if they were delivered today. She told me that they will be today. I told her she made my day. Thank you all for a great experience!

Never again. I trusted this flower shop to get it right! They were shown a pic of what I wanted and then they just did whatever they wanted to do and charged me $129 for it! They also added a ballon I didn’t ask for and charged me for that and denied me a refund! If they couldn’t handle the order they could’ve just said that! I feel they didn’t care because I live out of state and they wouldn’t have to see me. Well now they’ve lost a new customer that could’ve been a life long customer.
