Would leave 0 stars if I could! By far one of the worst customer service experiences my sister and I have ever had. We came in looking for flowers for Mother’s Day after the flowers we originally bought didn’t work out. We were both kind, respectful, and simply asked if there were any bouquets available for purchase, since most flower shops normally have premade arrangements ready to buy. I live out of state and needed to send some flowers to someone special in the Lillington area. I called at 4:59pm on a Friday and didn’t realize they closed at 5pm. Rhonda picked up and was very kind. She helped me make a custom bouquet. We spoke about what I wanted, and she sent me a picture of the bouquet on Saturday morning and delivered it within one hour. Great service and great flowers! I would absolutely recommend The Flower Pot for all your floral needs!
Rhonda and her staff demonstrate EXCELLENT customer service, EVERY time! For my wedding, I commissioned a flower crown and a boutonniere with some flowers that were not available. Rhonda patiently coached me through alternatives that still meet our wedding colors. The crown and boutonniere were available on time for pick-up, the cost was way less than I anticipated and the finished products definitely exceed expectations. Very disappointed with the Valentine’s Day order that I placed for my wife the morning before the special day to be delivered to her work right up the road from this business. First time ordering from here and it will be my last. Of the three size choices; standard, deluxe, and premier, I chose deluxe. The base cost of the mixed bouquet was $69.99 without taxes or delivery fees. I added a single balloon at a cost of $5.99 and you have no options for what type or color of ballon that you want.
