I ordered some flowers for my aunt.They was nothing like I order. The card was somewhat correct but wasn't happy with it at all. I emailed them twice to find out if that was what got delivered instead of what I ordered. I never got a reply back. I usually never leave feedback and never bad but this was such a disappointment. I have added 2 pictures to show exactly what I'm speaking about and you can decide for yourself. I won't be ordering with them again. I will go to the other flower shop for anymore future purchases.

I contacted The Flower Hut from Virginia for a delivery to a home in Alabama. The flowers arrived on time and they were beautiful.

So rude! That woman has the WORST attitude! She definitely doesn’t need to be working with the public or answering phone calls. For such a small town, they should try to have a better reputation. Will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN, and I know a few others who won’t either!

Do not use this florist. Ordered flowers for a funeral and even called the day before to make sure they would be delivered. I got to the service and no flowers. I called to check on them and was told they would call me right back but never did. Flowers showed up after service had already started. No call or apology.

Flowers were sent to me from friends for my birthday. They were beautiful the first day but started dying by day 2. I changed water trying to keep them alive but to no avail. I always hate leaving a bad review but I know this was probably not a low cost bouquet and I have never had flowers die that quickly. My friends may have had a good experience purchasing from them but I cannot vouch for them.
