First time ordering from The Flower Garden. They have a great website and the on-line ordering process was seamless. My sister said the arrangement she received was gorgeous. I only order from shops that have a physical location in or near the recipient’s city/town and it has always served me well.
Ordered off the website and was very unhappy with the arrangement and with customer service. I was told that the way to get nicer bouquets is to call and let the designers choose...They did nothing to address my concerns and made it seem like my fault for choosing a bouquet off the site. Will definitely not be using them again. I mean the picture speaks for itself, these two look nothing alike. I was the recipient of a darling floral arrangement in a cute purple vase (which I am surely going to use in the future!) My friends sent this to me as a surprise and when I showed them what I got they were blown away by how much better it looked than the option online.
