I ordered two arrangements for Mother's Day (wife and mother-in-law). The arrangements themselves were beautiful and as described. One had rosebuds that unfortunately never opened. However, I am disappointed by the fees I was charged. As I was ordering a dialogue box opened that said I would receive free delivery if the order was over ~$50. Both arrangements were well over that amount, and yet I was charged a $8 special fee of some sort AND a $20 delivery fee.
