Very disappointed and emailed to let them know. The arrangement looked very little like the picture on the internet. I would post both pictures if I could. No response from florist in 24 hours. I will remove this feedback if situation is rectified.

I do not feel that the flower arrangement that my mother received was a good value. It really did not match the website's photo. We were disappointed because we spent extra for the bigger size.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! The customer service is horrible and the lady who runs this store is extremely rude. I was trying to order flowers for my mothers birthday and they were unable to deliver the day of. Instead of giving me a refund she has yelled at me on the phone multiple times and cursed me out, making this my problem now. Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!! Do not give them any money! I now have a charge for flower I did not receive and will not be getting my money back.
