Absolutely horrible. My boyfriend had these delivered to my work for my 30th birthday. They came at the very end of the day - after 4pm. Half of the greenery is dead and black. WHY would you include these? Flowers are also wilting. Beware of purchasing flowers online that get delivered by these people.

Well, my MO when sending flowers long distance...never use 1-800flowers, read reviews, compare florists close to your delivery address for best value. Well, on this one before calling I did NOT read reviews. The beautiful arrangements and their designer arrangements on their website caught my eyes. Maybe the person(s) working on the days for all those awful reviews was on medication or was just not attentive to details?..I'm SO thankful I can give a 5-star for courtesy by phone. This is not what I expected when I ordered my mom’s Mother’s Day flowers. Go somewhere else! The flowers were far from fresh. I’ve seen better bouquets at grocery stores. Luckily I ordered through door dash and got a refund.

This is consistently the WORST florist in town, year after year. Received the flowers as a gift. At least a 1/4 of the flowers were dead on arrival. Water was brown and gross because they didn’t take the time to follow florist 101 - remove leaves below the water line. No extra preservative provided. Beware if you order Teleflora, they might send your order here.

Received a beautiful bouquet for Valentine’s Day! The kind man that delivered them also made sure to navigate exactly where I was located, which is very tricky without instructions as this was sent as a gift. Excellent customer service and gorgeous arrangement!!
