I had heard that the shop was very accommodating and the people were so nice. I was not disappointed. I purchased a plant with some fresh flowers to be sent to a friend who had lost her mother. They did a great job and were very reasonably priced.

Wonderful customer service! When my order needed substituted I was called by Bridgett and she was great .She explained what would be substituted. Such nice friendly people! I have ordered from this shop many times before and they are great to deal with! My brother n law really liked his birthday flowers . He told they were beautiful!

The quality and quantity of the flowers was astonishingly poor After an extensive conversation as to the materials, the three table arrangements were sparse , filled with ferns that were specifically rejected by me. The recipients and guests were very disappointed. The arrangements were nothing like the photos on their website that were not great either but vastly better than the ones received.that were mostly green with punctuations of color all for 250, I would never recommend them.

I ordered flowers directly to them from Virginia for a local delivery in the Swarthmore area. They were very prompt, courteous and delivered a beautiful arrangement..on time. I highly recommend Swarthmore Flower Shop...Great service and follow up.

I’ve always had a very positive experience with Swarthmore Florists. The staff is very friendly & helpful, always making good suggestions. We’ve used them many times over the years for both individual arrangements as well as a wedding.
