I paid $150 for an arrangement that was described as “deluxe”. I ordered a beautiful arrangement in a clear vase with vibrant colors and densely arranged blooms. I received an asymmetrical, ugly arrangement in a tacky pink vase with very few flowers. The bouquet wasn’t even proportional to the vessel. When I complained, I was asked to come in to “discuss.” There’s nothing to discuss. This is absurd.

We ordered a bouquet for the funeral service of a lifetime friend. The arrangement was really beautiful and fresh. It was delivered very quickly with less than a days notice. We were very pleased and the price was reasonable.

I ordered flowers for delivery to my wife for our anniversary (Tuesday). Flowers arrived already showing brown tinged rose petals and drooping accent flowers. By today (Thursday) they're on the way to the trash can. Needless to say, very disappointed. **Update 5/4/2026** Stewart Flowers reached out to me after I posted the review. Because of that professionalism and concern for their customer, I am upgrading my review.

Ordered what I thought was going to be a beautiful bouquet for an amazing friend for Easter. Got a picture of the delivered flowers! I had to look twice, they looked like weeds I could have picked off of the side of the road! Called the store back many, many times, was told only the Owner, Mary Jones, could respond to this matter. Waited over a day and a half with no response. Told them they could either deliver the proper bouquet, or refund my money. Ended up having to call the Wilton Police Dept. and my local Sheriff... read more
