First I wanted the large pastel set which came out to a little over 100$. The price seemed odd so I asked and the woman on the phone said it was a large. We didn’t get a pastel set so it didn’t fit what we needed and some of the flowers were already wilted. On top of that my name was spelled wrong in the card and the note was not what I wanted. I’ve ordered from Stewart Flowers for many years. I’m not sure what has changed but $100 gets you a very small arrangement. I was very disappointed when I picked up the arrangement. The flowers were very pretty but very small for the cost.

Poor value and poor customer service. Spent $75 on a loose bouquet and maybe received $40 worth of flowers, as I have prior floral experience. We called and politely shared our disappointment. Was met with a rude response and “tough luck” attitude. Won’t be coming back here, and would suggest others spend their money elsewhere. Edited to add: and the flowers are dying 72 hours later.
